Mentoring a FIRST Robotics Team
We support and mentor a F.I.R.S.T. Robotics team in Warren, Ohio, Team E.L.I.T.E 48. Where students design, build, and compete with a 120-pound robot to perform tasks and score points in a competition every year. In a year-long process we help to teach students the fundamentals of metalworking up through CAD, CAM, CNC, and even welding and waterjet cutting. Students have many opportunities to learn skills in whichever field they find interesting in STEM and Metalworking.

Student Internships
We extend opportunities to local students to spend a summer internship with us. Through this program we hope to inspire the next generation of machinists, programmers, engineers, fabricators, and STEM professionals. If you are a student between the ages of 15-22 or if you believe you know someone who’d be interested, then please reach out to us! We are also always willing to provide student tours.
